Parametric Wall Art - Walnut

Threaded onto two stainless steel rods, this piece alternates uniquely shaped walnut slats with the metallic spacers which hold them in place. When assembled, the slats create a cohesive, wave-like form.

*Please note: Due to the limitations of hardwood stability and its tendency to warp over time/in humidity/with varying temperatures, it is not possible to create this design with 100% solid hardwood. Each slat alternates between solid walnut, bass wood and back to solid walnut. The resulting material is still solid wood, but is drastically more stable than walnut alone.
